Laser Genesis gently heats the upper dermis without breaking the skin surface. That heat stimulates collagen and reduces the diffuse redness that comes with rosacea and sun damage. Because nothing is ablated, there is no peeling, no crusting and no downtime.
It is the treatment we recommend when someone wants steady improvement without disruption, and the one we steer people away from when they want a single dramatic change. Those are different goals and they need different tools.

How it works
Four steps, in this order. Nothing is treated until it has been assessed, and nothing is repeated until it has been reviewed.
We establish whether your redness is diffuse or vascular, because they respond to different lasers and treating the wrong one wastes a course.
Results
Mild warmth and a light flush for an hour or two. Makeup can go straight back on. No restrictions at all.
The course continues. Change at this point is subtle and mostly measurable in photographs rather than in the mirror.
Redness reduced, texture smoother. This is where the cumulative effect becomes obvious.
Most people maintain with a session every few months, particularly if rosacea is the underlying issue.
