Every plan here starts with an examination by a doctor, not a consultation with somebody whose job is to sell you a package. Your aesthetic plan sits in the same record as your dermatology history, so nothing is prescribed in isolation.
That arrangement has consequences. A lesion that should not be lasered gets identified before it is treated. A concern that is medical rather than cosmetic gets treated as medical. And a request we cannot honestly improve gets declined, at no charge.
